”From the minute I met Louise she made me feel instantly at ease. I had experienced problems through the NHS so was wary of all professionals but I should have known that I would be fine with someone as friendly, patient and understanding as Louise. Not only was she calm and welcoming, she was also very thorough from start to finish so that she was able to gain a deeper understanding of my personal struggles throughout my life time.
As well as being very professional throughout the meeting, Louise never failed to impress and when I received my diagnosis in written form shortly after, I can honestly say I was taken aback by the detail and advice within the report. I had suffered for a long time prior to meeting Louise and although our meeting didn’t instantly fix my problems, it certainly gave me a direction in which to start on the road to gaining the help and support that I and my family needed and deserved.”
